Welcome to the Exhibitor Services section designed to help our exhibitors through the exhibit planning process.  Use the dropdown sections below to order everything you need for your booth and to register your booth personnel.  As the show dates approach, more links will become available. 

Planning information as well as deadline reminders will also be available when you sign into your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Plan Your Booth

Attendees read your online profile and access your contact information before, during and after the event. In order to add your company logo, products, press releases and videos to your online profile, please fill out and submit your materials here

In order for your staff to set up, work, or tear down your booth at the show, each person will need to be registered for an exhibitor badge.  Your booth personnel badge allotment will be pre-calculated based on your booth size and will be viewable during your booth personnel registration. 

Furniture, carpet, booth cleaning and/or material handling can be ordered directly through Freeman.  Download, fill out the form and send your order to Freeman.  

To order audio visual equipment, floral and/or internet, please download the forms, fill it out and send back to the respective companies.  The AV equipment will be provided by Freeman.  Floral is through National Plant Floral, and internet service is provided by M.C. Dean.

The easy way to collect leads.  To order your lead retrieval, download the form, fill it out and fax it to 708-344-4444.  

If you are using a contractor, that is not Freeman, to set up your booth or provide a service, the EAC needs to email a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Candice Grantham. EAC’s must be registered with Show Management by September 28th to obtain access to the show floor.

Please review these regulations to help alleviate any on-site issues and costly changes to your booth. 

If your booth does not meet these specifications, you must submit a rendering of your display to Show Management for review. All booths, regardless of size are required to follow these guidelines. For questions regarding booth specifications, please contact Show Management at 972-536-6398. To avoid additional costs (i.e. design cost or tear down of an unapproved structure) please obtain written approval before beginning production or construction of multi-story or covered exhibits. Please download, fill out the forms and send it to ABC Imaging Business Center at the Baltimore Convention Center to create an account and ship/receive packages.

Monday October 08, 2018 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday October 09, 2018 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday October 10, 2018 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday October 11, 2018 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday October 11, 2018 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday October 12, 2018 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

And labor or material handling services performed after 4:30 p.m. will incur overtime charges.
We will begin returning empty containers once aisle carpet is removed.

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Friday, October 12, 2018 at
3:00 p.m.

To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out
deadline please have all carriers check-in by Friday, October 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.

To order electricial services for your booth, you can order online at www.edlen.com or download the order form, fill it out, and send it back to Edlen.

To order catering services for your booth at the Baltimore Convention Center, please download the Exhibitor Booth Catering Menu, complete the order form on page 15, and send it to angela.kelly@centerplate.com

Will you be driving a vehicle/trailer that will stay on the show floor as your display?  The attached form is required to be submitted by September 7, 2018.
