Welcome to the Exhibitor Services section designed to help our exhibitors through the exhibit planning process.  Use the dropdown sections below to order everything you need for your booth and to register your booth personnel.  As the show dates approach, more links will become available. 

Planning information as well as deadline reminders will also be available when you sign into your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Plan Your Booth

Your exhibitor profile is available to update within your exhibitor dashboard.  Sign into your Exhibitor Dashboard using your company's eCode.  

Once you are signed in, click on "Add/Edit My Booth Profile" (located under Important Links section) to complete your listing. Preview your listing in the Exhibitor Search.  

This is a complimentary value-add offered to each exhibitor, and we encourage you to complete this information as early as possible. You can also upgrade your online profile to add you logo, press releases, product previews, videos, and so much more. Contact your designated account executive for more information.

In order for your staff to set up, work, or tear down your booth at the show, each person will need to be registered for an exhibitor badge.  Your booth personnel badge allotment will be pre-calculated based on your booth size and will be viewable during your booth personnel registration. 

To register your booth staff, log into the Exhibitor Dashboard using your Company eCode and click the registration icon.  Exhibitor registration for the Remodeling Show & DeckExpo 2018 will open in June. 

Furniture, carpet, and/or material handling can be ordered directly through Freeman.  Details will be available late Spring 2018.

If you are using a contractor, that is not Freeman, to set up your booth or provide a service, the EAC needs to email a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Aleigha Frazier. EAC’s must be registered with Show Management by September 28th to obtain access to the show floor.

Please review these regulations to help alleviate any on-site issues and costly changes to your booth. 

If your booth does not meet these specifications, you must submit a rendering of your display to Show Management for review. All booths, regardless of size are required to follow these guidelines. For questions regarding booth specifications, please contact Show Management at 972-536-6398. To avoid additional costs (i.e. design cost or tear down of an unapproved structure) please obtain written approval before beginning production or construction of multi-story or covered exhibits. Please download, fill out the forms and send it to ABC Imaging Business Center at the Baltimore Convention Center to create an account and ship/receive packages.
