Simpson Strong-Tie Deck Safety Demonstration

To highlight the importance of building a safe, code-compliant deck, Simpson Strong-Tie will feature two, side-by-side decks that are constructed very differently—one is safe and the other is not. Stop by the booth to see if you can spot the differences before the unsafe one collapses. Also on display will be the new DTT1Z deck tension tie—a safe, time-saving product that eliminates the need to access floor joists from inside the house.

Deck Collapse takes place both Thursday and Friday at 1:00 p.m.

Tando Demonstration

Tando is the culmination of the best of what two great brands—Novik and Exteria— have built their business and their reputation on. Learn about a product line created specifically to address the following: demand for low maintenance exteriors that don’t compromise on natural beauty and realism; mixed material design trends that are turning ordinary walls into breathtaking exteriors; and the industry’s ongoing effort to address and mitigate moisture management concerns.
